The history of the production laboratory

Our company was founded in Sesto Fiorentino in 1975 as a manufacturer of industrial gaskets. Over time we have grown, expanding our production according to the different logics and needs of the market. A constant and lasting development, which has led Tecniflon to become a leading company in the sector of wear parts for dry lubricated, air, gas and PET blow molding compressors.

In addition to all this, we also deal with spare parts such as cylinder liners in cast iron, nitrided steel, aluminum, bronze and steel pistons, in the production of elements for the supply sector for watchmakers.

Customers of our laboratory

Established over 40 years ago, our company has acquired over time a large and loyal clientele, which needs components for dry lubricated, air, gas and PET blowing compressors.

This clientele is mainly composed of the major manufacturers of machinery and systems in Italy but also, especially in recent years, of watchmakers, to whom we supply special equipment and apparatus for the functioning of watches.

Types of compressor

There are two main types of compressors:

dynamic compressors, in which compression occurs due to the speed impressed on the product, as in the centrifuge;
volumetric compressors, in which the compression is determined by mechanical movements, as in the case of piston compressors.
